Booking and payment

A 50% booking retainer reserves the date; the balance is due on shoot day.

A written quotation confirms the final scope before payment.

Selecting and receiving photos

Proofs may be watermarked or reduced resolution and are for selection only.

Final JPEGs are delivered via a private online gallery; RAW files are excluded.

What "all usable" means

All technically acceptable photographs, not every shutter press or RAW file.

Includes consistent basic colour correction, not detailed retouching.

Personal and commercial use

Portrait prices include personal sharing and personal printing.

Business marketing, ads, product campaigns and resale require a separate licence.

Rescheduling and cancellation

One reschedule with 72+ hours notice, subject to availability.

Retainer treatment for cancellations is stated in the booking agreement.

Travel, timing and permissions

Local travel allowance and any extra distance are confirmed before booking.

Venue fees, permits, makeup, outfits and assistants are not included.

Image style and privacy

Editing follows the portfolio style; revisions beyond corrections cost extra.

Portfolio publication requires separate client consent; there is no automatic consent.

Questions

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. You do not need to memorize poses or know your best angle. We start with a conversation and I guide you when you need it, so you can feel comfortable and be captured naturally.

How do I choose my photos?

You receive a private proof gallery and choose your favourites. Those photographs are then edited and delivered as high-resolution JPEGs within 5 to 7 working days after you select your images.

Do you deliver RAW files?

No. Delivery is edited, high-resolution JPEGs through a private online gallery. If you want more than the included edits, you can add extra photographs or the all-usable JPEG gallery.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, once, with 72 or more hours notice and subject to availability.

Do you travel outside KL and Selangor?

Local travel allowance and any extra distance are confirmed before booking.

Can a brand use the images for advertising?

Yes, with a separate licence and quotation. Portrait prices include personal sharing and printing only.
