I grew up in a small family photography shop in Malaysia. Cameras, printed photographs and people coming in to capture important moments were part of my everyday life. Photography was not something I discovered; it was something I grew up with.
Over the years, I photographed individuals, families, graduates and groups of friends. Along the way, I learned that people often look their best when they feel comfortable being themselves.
Photography is an art, not fast food.
I have met plenty of people who say they do not know how to pose. I would rather have a conversation, go for a walk, share a laugh and photograph the little moments in between. I will guide you when needed, but I want the experience to feel natural.
That same philosophy shapes my work with businesses. I want to show how a product fits into someone's day, how people interact with it and what makes a brand feel human.
I am building a photography career that takes me to new places, introduces me to different people and lets me help individuals and businesses tell their stories wherever I go.
I am Wing Keen. I photograph people, places and the moments that happen when life is not trying to pose.
